"Long Walk" came into existence after my trip to Anantagiri Hills in India, a few hours' drive from Hyderabad. I went there along with a bunch of friends and we hiked quite a distance from our stay to get to a beautiful hill top. We started in the wee hours but got there after hiking for 2 hours but boy oh boy, was it worth it! 
 
I have displayed this painting at multiple places in Amsterdam and everyone who looked at this painting, thought it was somewhere from the Netherlands or UK as the landscape reminded of thier own hikes in these countries.
